This bespoke campervan was created for two adults and four children who wanted the freedom to travel, explore and enjoy life on the road without giving up the comforts of home.
The brief was ambitious: create a practical family campervan with six belted travelling seats, permanent sleeping spaces for everyone, a proper kitchen, a shower, a toilet and enough power and water for independent travel.
Every part of the layout needed to work hard while still feeling warm, welcoming and full of character.
The heart of this conversion is its six permanent sleeping spaces. A fixed double bed sits at the rear of the campervan, while two sets of bunk beds provide each of the four children with their own cosy space.
There is no need to build beds or rearrange the living area every evening. At the end of a busy day, everyone has their own bed waiting for them.
The individual bunks create little bedrooms within the campervan, giving each child a comfortable place to settle down while making the most of the available space.
The family kitchen includes a double hob, generous worktop space and an electrical system powerful enough to run an air fryer, helping everyday family meals feel simple and familiar on the road.
A large solar power and battery system gives the family greater freedom to travel away from electric hook-ups and enjoy quieter, more remote places.
