Based in Sawley, Derbyshire, our fully equipped campervans, Vandemort and Roxy, are ready for relaxed weekends, festival adventures and spontaneous escapes—wherever the road takes you.

Complete the booking form and pay a 20% deposit. Your booking will then be confirmed.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before your hire begins. We’ll send a secure payment link for the £1,000 refundable security deposit the day before collection.
Drivers must be aged 22 or over and meet our insurer’s eligibility requirements.
For each named driver, we’ll need:
A valid driving licence
Two recent forms of proof of address
Insurance for up to two drivers and breakdown cover are included with your hire.
Please bring the required documents for all drivers when collecting the campervan. This allows us to complete the insurance checks and get you on the road without delay. If the documents cannot be provided, we may be unable to release the campervan.
Your 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. If your booking has been paid in full, the following refund amounts apply:

You’re welcome to travel anywhere within the UK.
European travel may also be possible, but it must be discussed and agreed with us before booking.
If you’re planning to travel to Europe, please contact us before booking and tell us where you intend to go. We need at least six weeks’ notice to arrange the necessary paperwork, and additional costs will apply.

If your plans don’t quite fit these minimum periods, please get in touch before booking. We can’t always offer a shorter hire, but we’re happy to discuss what you need and see what may be possible around availability.
A refundable £1,000 security deposit is paid through a secure payment link sent the day before collection. This is separate from the cost of your hire.
Normal wear and tear from careful use will not be charged. However, the following charges may apply:
Missing fuel: cost of the fuel plus a £25 refuelling fee
Excessive cleaning: £75
Toilet not emptied and cleaned: £75
Unauthorised late return: £25 per hour, capped at one day’s hire
Lost or damaged keys: replacement, programming and recovery costs
Missing or damaged equipment: reasonable repair or replacement cost
Misfuelling: recovery, draining and repair costs
Vehicle damage: reasonable repair cost, subject to the insurance terms
We’ll normally check the campervan when it is returned. However, there may be occasions when a full inspection cannot be completed at drop-off. In these cases, it will be checked later that day or the following day.
If we find a problem, we’ll contact you straight away and explain any proposed deduction. If everything is in order, we’ll arrange the refund. Please allow up to seven working days for the money to appear back in your bank account.
